About this tool
SQLite Database Studio is a browser-based SQLite viewer and editor. It opens a working copy in memory, supports SQL queries and row editing, visualizes tables and foreign keys, and downloads results as new files rather than overwriting the source.

How it works
1Drop a SQLite database file, an SQLite SQL dump, a common phpMyAdmin MySQL/MariaDB dump, or create a new empty database.
2Browse tables and schema, run SQL, or add, edit and delete rows in the in-memory working copy.
3Export a new .sqlite file, SQL dump, or a selected table/query as CSV or JSON.
Frequently asked questions
Does Toolardo modify my original SQLite file?
No. Browser file inputs are read as a working copy. Toolardo never writes back to the selected source file. When you export, a new file is downloaded.
Can I open a normal .sql file?
Yes. SQLite SQL runs directly. Common phpMyAdmin MySQL/MariaDB dumps are converted in the browser: CREATE DATABASE/USE/SET/LOCK directives are removed, common MySQL column types and string escapes are normalized, and primary keys, AUTO_INCREMENT, indexes and foreign keys are translated where SQLite supports equivalent behavior. PostgreSQL and SQL Server remain best-effort because their dump syntax is substantially different.
Does my database upload to Toolardo?
No database contents are uploaded by this tool. SQL execution happens in the browser. The SQLite engine is designed to be self-hosted and can fall back to a pinned library delivery URL if the vendored runtime is not present.
Can I export only one table?
Yes. The selected table can be downloaded as CSV or JSON. You can also download the full in-memory database as a new SQLite file or SQL dump.
What happens with very large databases?
sql.js keeps the database in browser memory, so very large databases can be limited by available RAM. The tool warns for unusually large files rather than silently trying to overwrite or stream the original file.
