Frequently asked questions

Does this scan a range of ports?

No. It checks only the single port you enter.

Why is a private IP blocked?

Private, loopback, link-local and reserved addresses are blocked to prevent the tool from reaching internal server networks.

Does an open result mean the service is healthy?

No. It only means a TCP connection was accepted on that port.
