How it works
- 1Paste one SMILES per line. Standard .smi lines such as “CCO ethanol” are supported.
- 2Run the conversion locally.
- 3Download one result, a combined file, or all results as ZIP.
Convert single or multi-record SDF files to PDB locally without changing the stored coordinates.

No. Conversion runs locally in your browser. The SMILES 3D engine code is loaded as a browser dependency, but your molecular input is not sent to Toolardo.
PDB is less expressive than SDF for bond order and properties. SDF coordinates are preserved, but SDF data fields and detailed bond semantics are not carried into PDB.
