How it works
- 1Paste one SMILES per line. Standard .smi lines such as “CCO ethanol” are supported.
- 2Run the conversion locally.
- 3Download one result, a combined file, or all results as ZIP.
Convert single or bulk SMILES to 3D SDF files locally in your browser, then download combined SDF or ZIP.

No. Conversion runs locally in your browser. The SMILES 3D engine code is loaded as a browser dependency, but your molecular input is not sent to Toolardo.
A 3D conformer is generated because SMILES has no coordinates. The original SMILES is stored as an SDF property; downstream protonation/stereochemistry requirements should still be checked.
