Frequently asked questions

Does this upload my subtitle file?

No. Parsing and conversion run locally in your browser.

What happens when converting LRC to a subtitle format?

LRC normally stores start times only. The tool uses the next lyric timestamp as the cue end, with a short fallback duration for the final cue.

Are ASS styles preserved?

No. This lightweight converter preserves timing and text, but emits a simple ASS style when ASS is the target and removes ASS override tags when converting to plain subtitle formats.
